The application of rotary kiln :
Rotary Kilns are commonly used for heat processing of minerals and aggregates such as lime, cement, and iron ore. To achieve consistent quality results, it is important to maintain a uniform product temperature at the kiln entry, mid zone, and discharge. In most rotary kilns, the challenge with temperature process control is that the temperature sensor must view through flames or heavy smoke and dust. Consequently, when selecting a sensor, the design, wavelength, and alignment are all important considerations.
The working principle of rotary kiln:
The heat comes from the combustion device and downstream drytype is dryer’s heating equipment. Therefore the material slide into the cylinder from the feeding box and feeding sneak and be put backwards by spiral copy plate. How to operate the rotary kiln:
1 Check that whether the voltage can meet the machine.
2 Check whether the cylinder’s direction is right.
3 Start the cylinder firstly, then put it into the production work until it rotate correctly. Feed little material than increase to be normal.
4 Hard waste material is strictly prohibited feeding into the gear teeth to bring unnecessary off production and loss.
5 Check whether the firmware is loosen, lubricant housings are short of oil.
6 You must pay more attention to security while working, and develop security measures.
7 You must clean up the waste in the cylinder and add rain-proof equipment if the equipment will be stopped for a long time.
8 Order of startup: Firstly, start rotary dryer and make it work normally; Secondly, feed material from little to normal. Thirdly, if you want to stop the machine, you must stop feeding material firstly.
