The structure and features of rotary kiln:
The rotary dryer is mainly composed of shell, back and forth supporting wheel, feeding and discharging port and gear cap. The accessories which are not in the scope of this machine include firebox, feeding and discharging equipment, dust catcher, etc.
1 The boiling point of the material solution under the vacuum lowers which makes the heat transfer driving force of the evaporator strengthened. So the vacuum rotary dryer can save the evaporator’s heat transfer area for the fixed heat transfer quantity.
2 The heat resource of the vacuum dryer can adopt low pressure steam or waste heat steam.
3 The heat loss of the evaporator is less.
4 The vacuum dryer can be sterilized before drying. The mixture won’t go into the dryer in the drying process and the operation lives up to GMP.
5 It belongs to the static vacuum rotary dryer and the shape of the material being dried won’t be destroyed.
6 The vacuum rotary dryer adopts the condenser which can recycle the solvent in the material effectively.
The installation requirement of rotary kiln:
1 Check spare parts before installation: Check the quality of cylinder, gear, roller, and the driving parts before installing. Repair the damaged or deformed parts if you find according to the requirements.
2 Clean the joints: Clean the joint of spare parts especially the roller surface, gear joints. Assemble after the clean job has done.
3 Meshing standard: The meshing standard between the driving parts and cylinder as following engagement gap (0.25X modulus; such as 1500 type dryer, its modulus is 16, 16X0.25=4mm), the meshing points can’t less than 60%.
4 The installation standard between cylinder and driving parts: roller axis line must keep balance with driving parts axis line, the error of which is no more than 0.3%.
5 Installing requirement on the foundation: After the machine is revised at the base, the foundation bolt must be poured with quick cement plaster. Make it solid while pouring plaster, and do not strike the machine, horn and bolts in case of affecting the installation accuracy.
6 Combination standard between gear wheels and rolling ring: check whether the combination between gear wheels and rolling ring is suitable. It is suitable when the below of gear wheels equal to the rolling ring’s outer surface. If not, you should adjust it.
7 Watching from the feeding port, it is right when the roller in clockwise that is to say the two gear wheels rotate upwards. Or else the cylinder will overload while the bolts have upward tension , in this case, the bolts and foundation will be damaged.
8 Check the tightness condition of the tight parts: Check whether bolts part are loose before trial run. Tight them if they are loose and inspect regularly.
9 Check the lubricant housings: The rotating parts have been added enough before leaving the factory, so in the production, you have to add grease regularly to ensure the work.
