Rod Mill/grinding plant Description:

Our company uses the advanced controllable feeding and discharging technology and combines the suitable grinding body according to the actual milling materials. It changes the traditional surface contact into line contact. Then it produces more even output granularity and higher productivity. It is widely used in industries of high evenness requirement, such as: refractory material, chemical industry, metallurgy, glass, etc. In recent years, it is also used in building sand making industry.

Structure of rod mill/grinding plant: The machine is composed of feeding part, discharging part, turning part and driving part (reducer, small driving gear, electric motor and electric control). The quill shaft adopts cast steel part and the liner is detachable. The turning gearwheel adopts casting hobbing process and the drum is equipped with wear-resistant liner, which has good wear-resistance. The machine is with stable and reliable working condition. Moreover, according to different materials and discharging methods, there are dry ball mills and wet ball mills for choice.
